Hydrographic and water column data were collected during cruise EN515 using a Conductivity, Temperature, Depth (CTD)-rosette system aboard theR/V Endeavor. We characterized the physical and chemical properties in the water column at ECOGIG seep andother study sites. The ship departed Gulfport MS on 09/05/2012 and collected samples at ECOGIG sites beforereturning to Gulfport on 09/15/2012. Binned profiles and bottle files are available through this link, andraw CTD data are available on request.
